This package contains more than 750 application icon replacement and it's in continuous development!
To use Suave XHDPI for Adw/LP/Apex theme you'll need at least Launcher Pro 0.8.6, ADW Launcher, Apex Launcher or Nova Launcher.

Note: There's no way to have 3 different icon for angry birds, rovio use the same activity name. There are some icon in the package that you can use to change them manually when you add the shortcut on the desktop.
Note 2: If you have problem, request etc please email me or use the XDA thread. Using comments is useless and low rating doesn't help.
To Nova Launcher Users: Please use the Go launcher version instead, Nova 2.0 broke apex/adw hybrid themes!!!
Finally redrawn to XHDPI format (96x96) for a perfect look on most tablets and new generation phones!!
