As with the console version, players can unlock political figures like President Obama and Bill Clinton to use as players.

NBA JAM by EA SPORTS™ Apk does not have multiplayer elements, but it does allow in-app purchases for characters, which can range from 99 cents to $2.99. Those characters can also be unlocked through achievements in the game. This review is based on the iOS version of the game; the Android version may have differences in functionality.

Our only disappointment is the complete lack of multiplayer. As a two-on-two game of basketball, it would be perfect if you could play with a friend online or locally. However, there's absolutely nothing right now in terms of multiplayer, and this is a definite area for improvement.

Even as a solo game, NBA JAM by EA SPORTS™ apps is incredibly fun. The top-notch visual style, quality controls, and fast-paced gameplay make it a sports game that action or arcade gamers will love as well. EA Mobile really brought the jam this time, so don't pass it up.
