I had a customer write to me the other day saying how is selling leads to 'house raising' companies for $997 a piece.
'House Raising' is apparently a big trend in areas that are prone to floods, and the companies that do it are charging a fortune. Obscure business niches like this are usually under-served but are also in high demand.
