What are the things we need to take care before we publish our apps or games in Android market?

Recently I have published few games in android market. Each game got good rating and customers. But after few months I got mail from Google play team that we are removing your games from playstore. Reason is policy violation. Can anyone explain what are the violation we have in android market? and what are the things I need to take care?
